What much time in advance should I order my linens to insure that my linens are delivered before I arrive?
We request that you order more than one week in advance to insure that everything goes smoothly, however we will make every effort to fill last minute orders. If you have any questions about last minute linen availability, Please call us at (570) 856-1101.
How do I get the linens I order?
Our team will deliver the linens in sealed packages to the home prior to your arrival and pick them up after you leave.
What happens if linens are missing or damaged?
Damaged or missing linens may be subject to replacement costs.
What type of payment options do you have?
We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover and American Express for convenient payment options. All orders are subject to 6% PA sales tax and will appear on your invoice.
